Located in Waterford, Michigan, The Rabbit Hole is a thoughtfully curated multi-vendor marketplace featuring vintage home goods, furniture, collectibles, art, handmade products, clothing, décor, and one-of-a-kind finds from talented vendors and artists throughout Metro Detroit.
As we prepare for our upcoming expansion, we’re growing our vendor community and creating even more opportunities for thoughtfully curated small businesses to join us.
Conveniently located near Woodward Avenue, Telegraph Road, Dixie Highway, and I-75.

At The Rabbit Hole, we believe shopping should feel inspiring, creative, and intentionally curated. Every vendor plays an important role in shaping the customer experience and creating the atmosphere our community has come to love.
Because of this, all applications are carefully reviewed to ensure a strong mix of products, styles, and shopping experiences throughout the store.

Successful applicants demonstrate:
A clear and recognizable brand or point of view
Quality products with thoughtful presentation
Well-styled merchandising and display skills
Consistent inventory with the ability to restock regularly
An active business presence (examples: social media, markets, community involvement, etc.)
Strong communication and willingness to collaborate
Excitement to contribute to a positive, supportive vendor community
We welcome vintage curators, makers and artists. Whether you source rare treasures, create handmade goods, or build immersive collections, we love vendors who create an experience for customers to explore.

Our vendors are active participants in helping The Rabbit Hole thrive.
Vendor expectations currently include:
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked space
• Regular restocking and booth refreshes (2-4 times per month)
• Furniture display changes (at least) every 6 months
• Participation in occasional store events and promotions
• Strong communication with store leadership
• Completion of shifts as outlined in current vendor agreements (requirements may vary by vendor type and booth size)
• Healthy social media presence (especially Instagram) and consistent engagement/sharing of Rabbit Hole postsAdditional details regarding booth sizes, pricing, contract details, and participation requirements will be shared during the next stage of the application process.
